This is the cake I made for Jake's bday the last 2 years. It is probably my favorite chocolate cake to date. The only thing to watch for is the frosting, I had to add a lot more milk to it to make it spreadable. Also it helped so much to have all my ingredients at room temperature, and I cooled the cakes for a few minutes in the oven and then brought them out on the counter... those 2 things kept the cakes from falling in the middle.
