Needed a little something extra, but couldn't put my finger on it. Good, filling, easy, minimal prep. Subbed half & half + butter for heavy cream. Added frozen onion and peppers to onion/garlic mix. Used penne which was perfect for the sauce, but took a little longer to soften/cook evenly and had to add 1/2 C additional stock.
