My changes based on what I had: spaghetti noodles, cheddar Monterey jack blend, and turkey polska kielbasa
Delicious! My kid demands this to be in rotation as well. So easy to make, its one dish which means less dishes, woot woot.

So good. When I double it, I add a pound of Cajun seasoned chicken breasts. Makes a great sausage and chicken pasta.

So easy, so good! I added zucchini and used pineapple/bacon chicken sausages. My 4, 6 and 39 year olds loved it.
