Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat until smoking. Add sausage and onions cook until lightly browned about four minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.





Step 2
Add broth, tomatoes, cream, pasta, salt and pepper and stir. Bring to a boil, cover skillet and reduce to medium low. Simmer until pasta is tender.






Step 3
Remove skillet from heat and add half a cup of cheese and scallions.

So good. When I double it, I add a pound of Cajun seasoned chicken breasts. Makes a great sausage and chicken pasta.

So easy, so good! I added zucchini and used pineapple/bacon chicken sausages. My 4, 6 and 39 year olds loved it.
