Tasted great, but be sure to use boneless chops as I accidentally bought bone-in and the sauce made it difficult to cut out the bone. Of course, this may also be because I added a lot more mushrooms and spinach. Agree with others who suggested doubling the sauce, this unfortunately wasn’t an option for me as I ran out of cream. I added blue cheese to the sauce and a hefty amount of red pepper flakes which overall came out great.
Since I made this for the taste, not for keto, I sopped up the remainder of sauce with a bit of bread which was lovely
