I cannot describe how good this is. I made some modifications to the recipe, though. I used red wine instead of chicken broth, and trust me, it works wonderful. This one was also mentioned in the recipe. Second change is that, instead of serving it with rice, as recommended, I served it on polenta, and I think it works so much better than rice would have!
