👍it was easy and fast to throw together and I had all ingredients on hand.
I made a batch of rice in the insta pot and the meal was ready
👎a very single-note flavor. It desperately needs veggies and spice. I would not make this recipe again but the sauce would be a decent sweet/sour with a few tweaks
