Enjoyed it. Used a different peanut butter dipping sauce from cookieandkate.com instead since we really like that sauce. I did sousvide the chicken instead of pan frying it (with garlic powder. Don't sousvide garlic!)and it was very moist. I imagine pan frying it woukd also be really good.
