I bought ready made coleslaw added the cranberries and onion. had I added to he sauce it would have been quite sloppy. instead I toasted the almonds and added them to the sauce and blitzed in the blender. I poured this over the chicken breast and cooked slowly until cooked and the sauce was thick. I shredded the chicken and mixed well with sticky sauce. stirred into the colslaw. the taste was immense😁
