I replaced the onion with green onion, added a couple teaspoons of lemongrass pulp, and added a tablespoon of cardamom, replaced the water with chicken bone broth, replaced heavy cream with kite almond sour cream, skipped the garlic (I'm a fodmap gal, and I'm out of garlic replacement), and the last step was dropping some rice into it from a couple days ago. It's very good.
