I love that dish. I slightly coloured it with pinch of paprika and turmeric and added juice of half lemon. I find lemon always improves flavour of dishes from bean flour. We ate it hot, straight from oven and cold as a snack. Goes well with marinara, olives, ratatouille and smashed lemony avocado
