Was intrigued by this so had to make it!
Surprising and very tasty salad.
Added lime to taste, so much more 😆and a few tbsp of Skyr to the dressing.
No fresh beets on hand so used precooked ones and seasoned them with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, smoked paprika and dill.
Going to serve this to others as well because I know no one has had their kale like this before.
