I enjoyed the process of this recipe and how I can just pick it out of the fridge and use it as a versatile side. Next time I would boil the eggs for longer as I wasn’t keen on how soft the whites were. I think I would add more soy and less honey since this was a bit too sweet (I may have been a bit heavy handed with the honey whoops). This wouldn’t be my go to but great for when making things that need to be dipped in egg yolk :))
