I followed this recipe to a T and it was sooo scrumptious it blew our mind & taste buds. It was actually really quick as you just throw it all in the slow cooker then were on with your day only to crisp it up at the end. It was the gift that kept giving with lots of leftovers that got better every time. I froze in serving size batches. We served with corn tortillas, with a cabbage red onion & coriander salad & tomatoes salsa & loads of sauce like baha, chipotle & jalapeno
