I love recipes from this site. They don't disappoint, this one was no different... First time working with black bean paste, and while mine didn't separate into the oil after cooking, I could still easily incorporate it into the dish. I just added sweetener to balance out the saltiness (I work with big portions, so balance is is a bit of an art ๐
). The crowd loved it, including a true Zulu friend living with us who has not tried a lot of Eastern cuisine, so a win in my book. ๐
