I absolutely loved it. Husband liked it. 9 year old wasn't the biggest fan, but still ate it all!
I did replace one can of diced tomatoes with a can of Mexican stewed tomatoes, and I used an entire packet of southwest taco seasoning instead of the southwest seasoning mentioned.
