I baked this in a glass baking dish at 160° C and added about ten mins on to the baking time. I tried out your lemon loaf recipe too but didn't make the temperature adjustment and it sank in the middle but was still super yummy! I like that the recipe is so easy, the only relatively time consuming part is zesting the oranges, but even that's not too bad.
