Absolutely amazing recipe, I added double the amount of tomato juice as I accidentslly forgot to pressure seal it, so it burnt at the bottom. Regardless, meat was very tender and nice, carrots had an amazing taste as well. I ate it next to some instant mashed potatoes, but next time I'll definitely add some to the stew as well.
Didn't add any tapioca pearls and just added a cornstarch slurry before caramelising in the oven for 10minutes.
