Egg wash used whole egg + buttermilk
Cut in triangle
Baked at 15m then turn over and bake another 5m
Lesser sugar 42g
Texture great, sugar level just right
Next time
Add full amount of milk for less dry texture
Add a bit more sugar if not eating with jam
Get round cutter to make it round
Try with miso or earl grey
