It’s pretty good. Then I sprinkled lemon juice on it, and that was a really great addition! Balanced out the salt nicely. Used 2 kinds of kale, a curly kale and a flat kale. The curly one, no surprises, crisped up faster. 3.5-4 minutes was enough fry time for me, they start getting dry and tasting a little burnt if you go longer. Took me 4 batches to fry all of it.
