Hands down best choc chip cookie recipe I have tried after trying dozens of recipes over the years. Worth every bit of fussiness. Will be good after 3-4 hours chilling of the dough but I love how it browns and caramelizes perfectly after a 72 hour chill. Freeze cookie dough balls for anytime use (total 16 min baking time if frozen). Will pass this one on to my children!!!
