This is just a chocolate milk with chai seeds. Not a pudding at all.

Instead of 1 cup almond milk, I used half cup almond milk and half cup heavy whipping cream. Hopefully when it has chilled for long enough, it will thicken up. Then I plan on adding some sugar free chocolate chips.
