I use two cups of milk and no chicken broth. I also increased the flout amount to half a cup. The sauce was creamy and not too thin. I placed the mozzarella cheese on top of the pan and used two handfuls of very fine bread crumbs and some bacon sprinkles for the top. It was delicious and it turned into almost like a jalapeno popper breading. I used five whole jalapeno peppers with the seeds. I like spicy. I used my cast iron skillet from start to finish, saving me having to transfer and dirty another dish.
