This recipe specifically makes a meatloaf that’s a bit more moist and “wet”. I like to suggest using actual bread instead of the store bought bread crumbs because I prefer the texture. Break up the bread first and then add the egg and milk and mix a good bit. Then add everything else. It’s my preferred method if that helps at all
