HEYHEY I just googled and apparently a good substitute is rice vinegar, but you’ll need to use 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar for every tbsp to counteract the sourness :))

Use can use a vinegar as stated above, you can also use a sweeter wine like a sherry, Marsala, white wine. Just make sure you research the sugar necessary. Also make note that this is for baking, so I’m not too sure how alcohol will play with the other ingredients.
