Beat egg white until white but not stiff
Used white miso instead of salt
Used chia seeds instead of flaxseed
Used tricolour quinoa, toasted, didn't wash
Grinded chia seeds, quinoa, coconut flakes
Consistency very thick, not flowy, thus added some almond milk and buttermilk, still not flowy after
Added black sesame seed and almond flakes on top
Baked for 30m
Waited 2h to cool
Taste good, able to eat on its own
Black sesame taste strong despite only added one small spoonful of bsp
Sesame seeds and almond flakes need to add within the batter, dropped off when cutting
Could be less dense
