Loved this! Pork was tender, moist and overall dish was delicious.
I accidentally grabbed all spice and coated the pork with that, realised my mistake and added the Chinese 5 spice before cooking. I ended up using about 5 cups of stock, as by the time the two cups simmered for an hour it was reducing so quickly, that there wouldn’t have been enough for a broth. We didn’t use the seaweed as neither my partner or myself are big fans. I’ll make this again for sure.
