Pretty good! And very easy to make. Had it with some bread and salad. It’s definitely spicy, but you can easily cut back on the red pepper flakes and/or black pepper - I will next time. The carrots could have been cooked a bit longer so I’d sauté them more than just 2 minutes next time as well. It’s nice and creamy but I like that it’s not homogeneous and has bits of bean, carrot, and pasta to give more variety. Will make again!
