I was a little dubious to try this because I didn't know how I felt about artichokes but it was absolutely delicious.
I used mock chicken so I was a bit worried it'd dry out but it was lovely and jucey.
I couldn't find artichoke hearts at first so ended up using half marinated artichokes and half marinated artichoke hearts and it didn't make a difference.
