We liked this recipe! We added more water to the satay as it was kind of thick. We also added chili flakes and chili powder as it was missing some heat. Next time I’m going to add Thai chili (or green chili paste) while sautéing the onions to add that heat. I’ll also cut down to half the peanut butter. 7.5/10! One of my husbands favorite meals 😁
