I don't quite think I added enough veggies but I felt like I had chopped A LOT! So, as I see it, you really can't chop too many veggies. Also, usually when I make pasta primavera I sautee the cherry tomatoes a bit. I didn't do that for this recipe and thought I'd try to do it this way, but I do prefer them sautéed. I used zucchini, asparagus, carrots, onions and tomatoes because that's what was in the fridge. I usually use some bell peppers, but it tasted fine without. I do like the simplicity of roasting the veggies over sautéing, that was a good trick. Even the kids liked it.
