I keep seeing this type of commeny but if it seemed like waaay to much cinnamon why didn't you just not add it all or make it again with less cinnamon and maybe try it again? Like unless you really love cinnamon I'd take out like half of it but I love cinnamon myself I probly end up adding more ahah
