this was quite, quite delicious
granted I made some adjustments like putting regular yellow onions instead of spring onions, omitting soy sauce and just using some salt, using a lot more fettuccine pasta, and in the end added some yogurt because I was scared the orange would overpower it all
I liked how all the vegetables were still very crispy and fresh, tasted like someone made an Spring-y stir-fry right out of their garden
