Very tasty, but make sure you wait for that skin or they crack very easily while baking. Also recommend a much lower temp (120-130C for fan oven) and make sure you don't let your sugar overheat as it'll make them very chewy. Also on this recipe you'll need a LOT of food colouring if you want them bright. I'm happy with pale pink, but brighter colours are much more fun. I got a lot of yield from this recipe so maybe halve the quantities/ double the macaron size if you only need a few.
