Bought chicken cutlets (8) and this recipe was good for it. Maybe added extra breadcrumbs. I also put it in longer in the oven to make sure the chicken cooked through but the cheese browned quite a bit. Also the chicken was pretty bland - maybe some lemon or some sort of parsley/basil marinade would help. I seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder
