I made this for dinner on Saturday, and in addition to being quite easy to make it was also filling and delicious. Asked if I should make it again, sometime in the future, The Girlfriend replied "Oh, yes, definitely." Overall, I'd give it a grade of B+

It's not sweet in a sugary way. But the sweet potatoes in the recipe do bring a natural richness to the soup that one might describe as slightly sweet (if that makes sense). 🙂
