Loved the rub. LOVED the salsa. I used chicken, as that was what I had in hand, and grilled it indoors. (Kids loved it).
I didn't add the brown sugar and we didn't even miss it. I didnt measure any of the other spices tho, just sprinkled about the same for all. I used steamed cauliflower rice. I didn't use as much mango, just to lessen carbs, used probably 2x the lime juice (love lime tho)
