I use 2-3 slices of wholemeal bread; if not old i put it in toaster
Then in blender for rough crumbs / panko style
I put meat between greasefree oven paper; wack it with hammer or similar to flatten it ; this will tenderize it
Just add pepper & sold over schnitzel & crumbs before frying
Add enough oil to make cryspy
I also love this made with chicken meat ( thighs)
