Soak rice noodles in room temp water for 1 hour and 10 mins
500g beef strips, velveting for 40 mins with 2 teaspoons of baking soda
Rinse beef til water is clear
Follow marinade then add 1 more tbsp of oyster and soy
6 soy sauce, 4 oyster tbsps
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Mix sauces with fond from searing (deglaze with water and beef cube)
Saute ginger 2 circles julienned, lots of scallion, garlic
Add noodles, fry with the veggies
Add sauce, mix
Add meat and bean sprouts
