We all loved this. Can be a little heavy in the fennel if your not a big fan a s I used sole instead of cod. The brined black olives we're perfect with the dish and veggies. I also didn't have any canned tomatoes to added several Roma's and added a little better then bouillon and some water, and dried oregano (2 tsp) Was more stew like but very tasty.
