First of all the recipe doesn't have enough spices written in- but if you like going off-book and love tasting/spicing your food along the way this is a great recipe! I used half almond milk and half 1% milk. Added some feta and micro greens on top. This recipe made me 8 servings at about 250 calories per serving (2c each). I think it's about 6-8 servings overall depending on what you like.
