It was pretty good. I tripled the sauce and probably used about 1.5-2 pounds of ground beef and then added 2 red peppers cut up into slivers, a good size zucchini, some bok choy, and an onion. I also used fresh ginger because I was out of powder and dark soy sauce because that stuff is so good. I thought the sauce was a little thin so I added some cornstarch slurry. We put it on top of rice with some poached eggs. All in all a pretty quick dinner that everyone liked.
