Made this for a co-worker's birthday and everyone raved about how delicious it was! It was a perfect blend of sweet and tart with the cheesecake creamy but still had a nice density. The only substitution made was greek yogurt for the sour cream. This did not need the whipped cream topping that was with the full recipe.
I also made this in single mini cheesecakes as her website instructions and made 2 dozen single servings. Everyone said they were delicious!
With this method, the cook time was cut into 20 minutes bake time, 15 minutes with ove turned off, then 15 minutes with oven door cracked open then cooled in refrigerator.
