It was great. I thinkbthe cooking time is a bit off, I cooked it only 2-3 minutes on high heat each side abd then another 2-3 on each side with the sauce. The sauce was creamy, not thin at all, but I used heavy cream and simmered it for a while before adding the pork back in. I added white wine with the mushrooms. We will make again for sure.
