This recipe was easy to follow. It tasted great. I had some trouble with forming the cookies. The dough was very wet and I needed to chill it in order to roll it. When I did roll it and cut it out it was hard to get a good definition. I should have chilled again before I baked it. I will try it again and be more careful with following the instructions. I will chill it before rolling it and then chill it again after cutting it before baking it. It tasted great. I did not use the ruby chocolate.
