Used ramen noodles, added onions, carrots, mushrooms & crumbled tofu; Adjusted the sauce ingredients based on taste & amount of extra ingredients added. My mum & I enjoyed the flavour. Used natural organic peanut butter & it reeeeally gives that peanut butter flavour. Really tasty. Cooked the noodles separate & added them to my bowl when being prepped, so they didn't get overly mushy.
