This sauce is super easy and has fantastic flavor. I was not happy with the consistency, the cilantro stayed leafy and I would like this to be creamier by the flavor more than made up for it. I used it to top burrito bowls but it would be amazing on tacos, chicken, any meat. It would make a great marinade! Definitely making this again - if anyone has suggestions for the consistency I'd love to hear them! I even streamed in a little extra oil and it wouldn't come together.

Is the mustard in the recipe English mustard or American hot dog mustard? Please.

I pulled out Dijon to use by the recipe states yellow so I ended up using American. I think that was the correct choice - you cannot pick out the flavor by the sharpness is very nice!

I came back to make this again and realized what I did wrong the first time - I completely missed adding the mayo! 🤦♀️ it's a great sauce both ways!
