Eyeballed the seasoning & sauces as I usually do based on taste. Added more green onions (the white part). Will definitely be a go to. My boyfriend said he would call it more of a "Cabbage roll in a bowl", especially since I made some [basmati] rice to go with it. Cooked the cabbage not too much to still have a crunch to it.
