The consistency was great, but needs more flavor and sweetness. I will try it again, perhaps with more vanilla or added sugar. I made it in individual ramekins, covered them in aluminum foil, and steamed in bamboo dumpling steamers. The caramel initially hardened when poured into the ramekin, but it was liquid after steaming and cooling.
