Great recipe!
Because I had a small pumpkin i also added some fried carrot to get tot the right amount of orange. Perfect combination and made a nice firm soup. Also added two leafs of gelatine instead of cream. This let's the tasty molecules mix and bind. Instead of just cinnamon I added gingerbreadspices. Used my homemade no-waste vegetable broth. It had some red beet in them so the soup was quite red. But after adding the carrots it turned to this beautiful orange.
