this was really blonde. I guess I didn't really know what else to expect with it though. the rice ended up soaking up all of the liquid and became just a mush. in addition the rice wasn't even done cooking after 6 hours and I had to cook it on high for an additional too, but at that point all the rest of the meats were done. would not be a go-to recipe.
